The core function of Ntamo Technologies’ Response teams is to conduct patrols, respond to alarms and prevent incidents from occurring, delivering a rapid and professional service to customers at all times.
The Response vehicles are all branded with reflector decals and equipped with fire extinguishers and medical-aid boxes for emergencies. The officers are equipped with all the necessary PPE, which includes bullet proof vests.
All our officers are skilled and trained to tactically respond to alarm activation as well as guards requesting assistance. The training our officers undergo consists of The Handling of Fire-arms, Crime Scene Management and Basic Risk Assessment.
