Job Requirements for Forensic Investigator
- Grade 12
- PSIRA Registered (Grade A).
- Firearm Competency.
- Qualification (Forensic Investigation, Crime Analysis, Criminology).
- Minimum 5 years experience in Forensic Investigations.
- SAPS Investigation Experience.
- Expert knowledge of gathering information and managing information realted to cable theft crimes.
- Expert knowledge of giving evidence in court.
- Practical demonstrated knowledge of security industry legislation as well as court proceedings.
- Ability to take accurate statements and making arrests.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Must have a vehicle and driver's license.
- Able to work extended hours when required.
- No Criminal Record.
- Must be willing to do a polygraph test.
- Physically and mentally fit
